Disposable Earplugs

3M™ Disposable Earplugs, made from expandable
slow-recovery foam, help provide a combination of
comfort and hearing protection for users. Once in the
ear, foam earplugs expand to conform to the unique
shape of each ear canal. 3M provides a wide range
of disposable roll-down earplugs so you can choose
the best solution for your individual needs. 


How to use

Fitting Instructions

1. ROLL and compress foam plugs into a very thin crease-free cylinder.

2. REACH around the head to pull the ear outward and upward to help straighten the ear canal. Insert compressed plug well into the ear canal.

3. CHECK FIT after inserting plug.

4.LISTEN to steady loud noise with plugs in both ears. Cover ears with tightly cupped hands. Noise should sound about the same whether or not ears are covered.

CAUTION: For greater comfort and safety, remove plug slowly with twisting motion to gradually break the seal.
