This simple procedure helps you to comply with OSHA 3124-12R  that states that all work equipment provided to employees must be safe to do the job for which it is intended.

Each book allows you to perform 30 checklists on a ladder and is suitable for use with our ladder paddle kit.


BHP Safety Products processes and ships orders Monday thru Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM EST with the exception of National Holidays. Most orders ship within 24 hours from time of purchase (excluding weekends). Only exceptions are on bulk purchases. Additional lead times may be required on larger purchases. Customers will be contacted directly with an estimated shipping time-frame on any order that meets this exception. A free shipping option is made available to the customer when the order total amount meets or exceeds $30.00.
